Understanding the visitors
Guerilla Interview was carried out at Suntec City Mall. Interview was done with various Suntec City user groups such as Suntec Office tower workers, Shoppers as well as tourist. Local visitors do not have any problem locating as well as navigating the mall. The key user group that will benefit the most from the website redesign is the Tourists. A brand new tourist section is added to aid the tourists to feel more informed and at home
