The Covid pandemic and the measures taken to control it, have led to enormous and wide-ranging changes to how we behave. This is perhaps most evident in retail, as we were driven from shopping malls to embrace e-commerce.

Reassemble carried out a targeted study to find out more about shopping during the pandemic. We conducted a survey and followed up with in-depth interviews to understand more about how digital reliance has changed over the Circuit Breaker period, and what are the factors that determine a quality user experience for online shoppers.
